Terms of use
1. Swearing, spam, and caps lock (all chats except private messages). Meaningless flooding of world chat that causes inconvenience to the majority of users (this does not include siege fundraising and other events). Discussion of third-party servers.
Punishment: character chat ban for 5 to 15 minutes; repeat offenses up to 60 minutes.
2. Insulting other users, inciting hatred, threats, or provocation (all chats except private messages).
Punishment: character chat ban for 60 minutes to 48 hours. Violations in a trading post are punishable by imprisonment.
3. Any advertising activity, buying and selling accounts, or buying and selling in-game items for real money (RMT).
Punishment: from permanent banning of character chat and confiscation of all items being sold or purchased, to permanent banning of all discovered player accounts (both old and any new accounts). Please note that changing account email addresses is prohibited on the server. If you lose access to your email address, you will lose access to your account.
4. Using obscene language or veiled profanity in a character's in-game name/legion name.
Punishment: character/legion rename by the GM, at their discretion, without issuing a renaming coupon.
5. Impersonating an administration representative or friend of the administration, slandering the administration, or spreading rumors about the administration.
Punishment: a 1-hour chat ban, 12-hour jail time, or account ban (at the discretion of the Administration).
6. Discussing game/server bugs.
Punishment: character chat ban from 60 minutes to 48 hours.
7. Exploiting game/server bugs for profit, duping, or hiding bugs. Spreading information about bugs/dupes. A remodel that hides a character's model is also considered bug exploitation.
Punishment: 12 to 48 hours in jail, double removal of items from the player's inventory by the HGM obtained through the bug, or account ban, or all player accounts. Spreading information about bugs is considered exploiting server bugs, which is punishable by jail time or account bans at the discretion of the Administration.
8. Collaborating with people exploiting server bugs.
Punishment: 6 to 48 hours in jail.
9. Visiting enemy strongholds in the abyss: Freemum and Teminon. Visiting enemy fortresses: "Inggison's Fortress of Illusions" and "Kelkmaros' Fortress." Visiting enemy entrances by flying through the flow in the Eye of Tiamaranth.
Punishment: 3 hours in jail.
10. Overflowing Abyss Points, fixed arenas.
Punishment: Resetting Abyss Points (including all relics) and deleting all arena icons.
11. Any modification of the game client, cheats, third-party software, botting, clickers, or any other automated activity, such as resource collection without the player being present at the computer.
Punishment: Account ban or 48-hour jail time with a warning, followed by account ban for repeat violations of this clause (at the discretion of the Administration). Collecting resources with a clicker may result in the reset of resource collection crafts.
12. Cheating the administration.
Punishment: From indefinite imprisonment to account ban.
13. Swearing, insults, or threats directed at the administration.
Punishment: 12 hours in jail or account blocking (at the discretion of the Administration).
14. Disseminating any information about the Project Administration (e.g., Skype, social media page addresses, etc.).
Punishment: Blocking all player accounts.
15. Posting negative comments about the server on various internet resources and the project forum.
Punishment: Blocking all player accounts.
16. Failure to comply with a game agreement involving the exchange of in-game items for a shop item (gift). Fraud.
Kinahs are refunded only if they can be tracked down and recovered from the scammer. If the scammer's character level is below 50, kinahs will not be refunded under any circumstances. Be vigilant; scammers deliberately conduct transactions with low-level characters, and it is often impossible to track where the kinahs are going. Only conduct transactions with the player's main character.
Punishment: For minor fraud, permanent ban of all characters' chat; for major fraud, permanent ban of all accounts.
17. Interference with streams or any player actions that are reported by streamers.
Punishment: ban of the character's chat for 3 to 6 hours or imprisonment.
18. Publishing correspondence with the administration without prior consent (texts, screenshots) is prohibited. This applies to administration responses on any platform (VK, forum, email, etc.).
Punishment: ban of the player's account.
19. Actions that directly or indirectly violate laws (including calls for the use of narcotics or the discussion of such substances in any form, calls to join terrorist organizations, inciting ethnic hatred, and/or discussing such organizations) are prohibited.
Punishment: ban of the player's account.
20. By registering an account, the player agrees that voluntary donations to the server (donations) are non-refundable under any circumstances. In exchange for donations, TheAion Server Administration rewards players by crediting their in-game accounts with donation coins (1 donation coin is awarded for every 1 ruble).
21. The Administration reserves the right to create, delete, and modify these rules at any time, without prior notice to players.
22. Launching the game constitutes unconditional acceptance of the server rules. Players agree to strictly adhere to the server rules. Ignorance of the server rules does not excuse them from liability for their violation.
23. Interfering with server staff, provoking staff by creating provocative topics on the in-game forum, and trolling are prohibited. Punishments range from a chat ban to permanent blocking of player accounts.
24. Attempts to troll the Server Administration are prohibited. Such violations are punishable by a penalty ranging from 6 hours in prison to a permanent ban (at the discretion of the Administration).
